Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Event Coordinator to support our event planning and coordination efforts in Denver The Assistant Event Coordinator will work closely with the Event Coordinator and other team members to help plan, organize, and execute events.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including workshops, seminars, and client meetings.
- Coordinate logistics such as event set-up, vendor communication, and equipment rentals.
- Support the creation and distribution of event materials, including agendas, name tags, and promotional items.
- Manage attendee registration and communications, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
- Help maintain event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Collect and organize feedback from attendees and staff to assess event success and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
