Job SummaryWe are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to fill the role of Call Center Agent as soon as possible. In this dynamic position, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support while addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Pay Range: $900 - $1200 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services as requested by customers
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and empathy skills to understand customer needs
- Ability to handle difficult situations with calmness and professionalism
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
