Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions to customer problems.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Identify and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved satisfactorily.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in communication or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
