Job SummaryWe are urgently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and assistance in a fast-paced environment. You will not only handle transactions but also engage with customers, helping them with inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring proper change is given.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Promote store promotions and upsell products when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area as well as the store environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register and other point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
