Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in the company's databases and systems with speed and accuracy.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in managing and organizing both digital and physical records as needed.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company data management policies.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by team members and management.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill data entry and administrative needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data entry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in typing and familiar with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
