Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage customer interactions with professionalism.
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, and account information.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
- Support the customer service team with daily administrative tasks as needed.
- Help identify and escalate any recurring issues or customer concerns to the appropriate departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
