Responsibilities
- Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer
- Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development
- Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner delivering measurable business value. You love to actively engage in discussions on best practices for prioritizing your backlog, writing user stories, and driving value via metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- Fair knowledge in financial products and banking domain.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, including a strong sense of empathy.
- Excellent organizational, documentation and time management skills.
- You are comfortable managing ambiguity and risk that comes with creating new things. You have an experimental mindset that spurs you to test ideas and validate assumptions using data.
- You can look at the bigger picture and helping to find creative technical and non-technical solutions to meet business needs.
- You can speak to the needs of the C-suite just as fluently as end-users, as being the voice of the customer to stakeholders, developers, and customers genuinely excites you.

Qualifications
- Experience working with Core Banking System (CBS).
- System that processes banking transactions for multiple branches of a bank.
