Agile Scrum Master - Lead
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master - Lead with a strong background in front-end development, particularly in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. This role is ideal for someone who started as a developer and transitioned into Agile leadership, bringing both technical expertise and deep Agile coaching experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the organization in Scrum adoption and Agile best practices.
- Plan and implement Scrum methodologies within the organization.
- Guide employees and stakeholders in understanding and practicing Scrum and empirical product development.
- Recommend improvements to increase the Scrum Team's productivity.
- Ensure the Product Owner effectively prioritizes the Product Backlog to maximize value.
- Facilitate Scrum events as needed, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical background in front-end development, including:
- Angular development experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and product development cycles.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
