Iris Partners is currently hiring for a Fiber and Wireless Sales Representative to open and upgrade accounts in the Baton Rouge area and surrounding cities for our client AT&T.
This is a hybrid role: office work and meetings are done remotely while opening accounts with our customers are done in person.
There is daily commuting within this hybrid position.
Previous wireless sales experience is wanted!
Job Description and Responsibility:
- Opening accounts for new customers.
- Attaching additional products, and upgrading services to existing accounts.
- Reaching out to customers based on leads provided by the client.
- Managed and maintained great customer rapport in assigned territories.
- Collaborating with a team to increase sales in the market.
- Joining daily Zoom meetings to cover campaign strategies and team development.
Compensation Overview:
- Commission, a weekly draw, and weekly bonuses are included
- An average sales commission of $230 per customer account opened.
- Weekly bonus from $400-$1300
- Paid weekly
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-3 years in people-focused roles.
- Wireless sales experience is highly preferred but optional.
- Associate Degree
- Communication skills
- Experience working in team settings
Nice to Have:
- Competency with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.
- Leadership experience
- Training experience
