Position: Engineering and Maintenance Manager
Location: Clovis, NM area
Description:
✔️ Manage and provide leadership, direction, and support to the maintenance department, ensuring the effective delivery of maintenance services in line with company policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable laws.
✔️ Ensure safety, quality, yields, throughput, and efficiencies are consistently met.
✔️ Resolve any issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop and lead a skilled maintenance department, ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained in a safe and efficient working condition.
✔️ Maintain operating equipment to ensure it remains in satisfactory condition and operates within vendor/manufacturer specifications and tolerances.
✔️ Establish clear objectives and performance standards for maintenance activities and projects to align with departmental, divisional, and corporate goals.
✔️ Oversee the execution of maintenance plans, tracking progress and performance to ensure optimal results.
Qualifications:
✔️ Ammonia-based experience is highly preferred.
✔️ Proven background in maintenance and engineering.
✔️ 5 years of experience in maintenance and 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
✔️ Experience managing capital projects from initiation to completion.
✔️ Strong budgetary experience, including cost management and forecasting.
✔️ Proficient with Microsoft Suite and AutoCAD.
✔️ Experience in CIP/Sanitation is a plus.
