Purchasing Manager – Manufacturing
We’re seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment for our client located near the Green Bay area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of materials, components, and services.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and suppliers to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Develop supplier relationships and negotiate cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure quality standards in partnership with Quality Assurance.
- Lead and mentor a purchasing team.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of purchasing experience (manufacturing preferred).
- 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Supply Chain certification a plus.
