About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Buyer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate pricing and terms, and build strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Select and purchase merchandise that meets quality standards, pricing targets, and brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to develop effective product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven buying decisions.
- Monitor and manage open-to-buy budgets effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging brands, and new product categories.
- Attend trade shows and market appointments to discover new products and connect with vendors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
