Overview:
iRiS Construction Recruiting is seeking Traveling Retail Superintendents to oversee remodel projects for major clients. These are 3-month projects requiring night work and frequent regional travel, with opportunities to return home regularly.
Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000 base, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage retail remodel projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders.
- Conduct quality control inspections and maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness.
- Prepare daily logs and reports to track progress.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in construction management, specifically retail remodels.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to travel regionally with a home base in SC, NC, GA, or Eastern TN.
- Comfortable with night shifts and short-duration projects.
