A nationally recognized discount retail company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor at their distribution center in South Boston,VA. The salary will range from $65k-$80k bonus.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing a safe distribution environment, responding rapidly to requests for service or repair, and developing action plans for improvement. This position requires being available 24/7 to support the distribution center operations.
They are looking for someone with the following:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in an automated distribution center
- Maintenance experience
- Knowledge of systems: conveyor, sort view, graphical monitors
- Vocational skills training in a trade preferred
