Your knowledge and experience with payroll and customer service will make a difference to the professionals we serve and the companies we partner with across the country. Our Onboarding Specialists are fully responsible for ensuring the successful payroll processing for a dedicated customer base, including phone and email communication.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Payroll Implementation Analyst with myPay Solutions, you will :
- Onboard and train new payroll clients with a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
- Provide an exceptional client experience through strong customer service (including responding to all phone and email questions in a timely manner).
- Meet performance objectives in quality, customer satisfaction, and payroll processing guidelines.
- Work across departments and functional teams in a professional and constructive manner on behalf of our customers.
- Be available via phone and e-mail to assist with a wide range of client payroll issues and keep all relevant stakeholders apprised of any situations that arise.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
