Our Client which is a large Investment Bank is urgently looking to hire a Lead Java Developer.
Location - Charlotte, NC or Tampa, FL or Irving, TX
Number of Roles - 2.
3 Days Onsite every week.
Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
You are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives
Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
Develops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.
Primary Skills:
Must have:
Core Java
Hands-on Java 8 (Stream, Functional Interface, Optional – These are the basic features).
Multi-Threading (Executor Service, Callable, Future)
Data Structure, Collections (HashMap Implementation)
Garbage Collections (GC Generations, Improvements with Java 8)
Messaging experience (MQ, Tibco, JMS etc.)
Spring Boot/Spring Batch
Java Design patterns (eg: Singleton, Observer etc)
Unix Shell scripting (use of awk, sed, ps, df, du commands)
Databases - Debug/Develop stored procedures, queries
