Job Title: Lead Java Developer
Location: Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid role)
W2/One man corp only. We cannot do Subcontracting (c2c).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring their growth and effective collaboration.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform code reviews and enforce quality control processes, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Manage and optimize the development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and deployment of Java applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability of production systems.
