Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid 2-3 days a week onsite)
W2/One man corp only . We cannot do Subcontracting (c2c).
Job Description:
Strong written and verbal communication with ability to clearly articulate problem statements and solutions for sr. stakeholders
Candidate must have professional speaking skills
Empathic listener and a persuasive speaker. Ability to speak in large groups with many SMEs in attendance
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and provide factual statements
Work independently and able to manage and work through ambiguity
6-10 years of experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner in the domains of financial services, risk management and related fields
Demonstrated expertise using project management and issue tracking tools
Agile mindset: infuse agile principles, practices and methodologies to achieve team success
