Position: Technical Business Analyst (Only W2)
Location: Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid, 3 days onsite in a week)
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
· Candidate have Java background
· Need hands on/ knowledge on Agile framework, agile concepts / scrum ceremonies.
· Must have skills like proactiveness and self-motivation , stakeholder management
· Strong understanding of financial regulations and guidelines
· Proven analytical and data validation skills
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work under tight deadlines
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
