LCSW/LMFT/LPC (Child & Adolescents) - 100% Remote

We are recruiting clinically licensed therapists to treat child and adolescent populations via telehealth. These roles are 100% remote and only require that you live within the United States. 

About the Role: 

Are you a dedicated Child & Adolescent therapist looking to make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your home? Iris Telehealth is looking for full-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to work within an outpatient facility or health system.

This full-time, 100% remote position allows you to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, expanding access to high-quality, comprehensive care through one of our California FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) partners. 

As part of our team, you’ll work alongside experts in psychiatry and psychology, all with the robust administrative support you need to focus on what matters most—your patients. We’re seeking compassionate LCSWs to provide therapy services for child & adolescent patients (Ages 5 ), working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, via telehealth.

Qualifications: 

• 2 years of practice as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Availability for 40 hours per week 

• Experience and willingness to treat children & adolescents (Ages 5 ) 

• Experience in an outpatient community mental health setting 

• Must have passed the ASWB, NCE, and/or NCMHCE exam  

• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
