Position: Mental Health Therapist - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Compensation: Starting at $75,000/yr | Fully Remote (U.S. only)
Flexible Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5 or 11:30-8 EST (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role:
- Setting: Outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Pennsylvania – 100% Remote
- Flexible Schedule: 37.5 hrs/week | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 11:30 AM-8:00 PM EST
- Patient Population: All Ages (Approx. 25% Children & Adolescents, 75% Adults) with diagnoses including SMI, anxiety disorder, depression, trauma, ADHD, and dual diagnosis
- Compensation: $75,000/year (W2)

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Pennsylvania required
- Proven experience providing therapy services, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in these settings
- Full-time availability (37.5 hours per week) during EST hours.
- Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
