Position : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensure : Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania and / or Wisconsin required, Nebraska license strongly preferred
Pay : $75,000-$85,000 base salary generous bonus potential
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm EST / CST (40 hours per week)
Location : 100% Remote (U.S. only)
To be considered for this position, candidates must be LCSWs with experience in both therapy AND intake services. Experience with group therapy strongly desired.

In this role, you'll conduct intakes, individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems.
