Duties
- Safely operate vehicles including buses, vans, box trucks, or limousines while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with their needs during transport.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle by conducting regular inspections and performing minor mechanical maintenance as needed.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals at destinations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding schedules and any potential delays.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods or luggage when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that may occur during transport.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in bus driving, van driving, delivery driving, shuttle driving, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays if required.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with local roadways.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with passengers and team members.
