The Opportunity :
As a Designer, your role involves developing innovative design solutions that effectively meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with various teams to conceptualize and execute designs across a broad range of media and platforms, all while mentoring junior designers in the team.
What you'll be doing :
- Create and implement innovative design solutions across all channels, media, and platforms.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers in the team, driving high-quality output.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Media Teams to ensure the delivery of excellent creative work.
- Continuously refine our processes by examining workflow, inputs, and outputs to enhance efficiency.
- Utilize design software to execute creative projects while adhering to brand guidelines.
