Client Relations
- Maintain day-to-daycontact with clients with a holistic view of the business, contribute and lead portions of client planning and strategy, oversee IAT efforts, lead weekly status calls, attend client meetings and maintain client relationships.
- Oversee account management weekly : priorities for clients, agendas and weekly status updates / calls, reporting.
- Provide strategic POVs in writing and on calls, answering questions, drafting more complex memos and in real time.
- Proactively offerand successfully implement new ideas and solutions to meet client needs and drive projects forward.
