As our BDR Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling our business development function. This is not a plug-and-play corporate BDR manager role—this is an opportunity to build, coach, and lead a high-performing team from scratch while working closely with the Co-founder and GTM leadership.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to prospect, coach SDRs to success, and refine outbound strategies. If you’re ready to lead from the front, develop future AEs, and have a direct impact on pipeline and revenue, we want to talk.
What You’ll Do- Hire, train, and coach a team of high-performing BDRs, setting them up for success in pipeline generation and career growth.
- Develop outbound playbooks and messaging that resonate with Sales Engineering, Revenue, and Security leaders.
- Lead by example: Prospect, cold call, and break into key accounts to refine messaging and keep a pulse on the market.
- Own and optimize SDR performance: Monitor activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline impact to drive results.
- Run daily stand-ups, call reviews, and coaching sessions to sharpen execution.
- Foster a culture of grit, learning, and progression: Ensure BDRs have a clear path to AE roles or leadership as we scale.
- Work directly with the Co-founder and leadership team to align outbound strategies with GTM priorities.
✅ 2 years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams (startup or high-growth SaaS preferred)
✅ Previous SDR/BDR success—you’ve done the job before and know what great looks like
✅ Proven track record of leading teams to exceed pipeline goals
✅ Strong outbound prospecting mindset—you know how to break into accounts and coach reps to do the same
✅ Hands-on leader: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and set the example
✅ Data-driven: You track the right KPIs, understand conversion rates, and know how to drive efficiency

Compensation & Benefits💵 Base Salary: $85,000 - $110,000
💰 OTE (On-Target Earnings): $120,000 - $140,000 (uncapped commission)
