In this role you have the unique opportunity to be part of an initial hiring group of four sales development representatives.

What You’ll Do
- Own the top-of-funnel pipeline : Source, engage, and qualify prospects through multi-channel outbound (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking).
- Develop a deep understanding of our space : Learn how enterprises manage RFPs today and where we fit in.
- Work directly with the Co-founder : Get hands-on coaching to hone your sales skills, refine messaging, and break into top accounts.
- Book & run impactful discovery calls : Set up high-quality meetings with decision-makers and sales leaders.
- Help shape our sales motion : As an early SDR, your input will directly influence strategy, messaging, and processes.
- Collaborate across teams : Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Who You Are
1-3 years of prior SDR experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
Exceptional communicator (both written & verbal)
Hustle & grit : You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and see rejection as a challenge, not a setback
Highly coachable & ambitious : You’re eager to learn and grow into a closing role
Self-starter : You take initiative, figure things out, and execute without being micromanaged

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
OTE (On-Target Earnings) : $75,000 - $90,000 (uncapped commission)
Equity : Early-stage stock options (meaningful upside)
