The Opportunity
As a Junior Copywriter, you will be at the heart of Iris's creative process, crafting compelling narratives and persuasive messages that align with our clients' marketing objectives. Working closely with the Creative Director, Senior Copywriter, and Design Team, you'll ensure that our copy complements our visual designs, and that our messaging resonates with the target audience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Writing clear, persuasive, and original copy that aligns with clients' branding and marketing objectives.
- Collaborating with the Creative Director, Senior Copywriter, and Design Team to develop engaging narratives and messaging that complement visual designs.
- Assisting in the ideation, development, and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Revising, editing, and proofreading content as needed.
- Researching and understanding the client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and direct interaction with clients.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining notes, and contributing ideas.
- Adapting copy based on media platforms and demographics.
- A degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Some experience in a copywriting role within an agency or similar dynamic environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an understanding of the special requirements of writing for a variety of media platforms.
- Creative thinking, with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- An understanding of digital marketing trends and a willingness to stay updated with advancements in the advertising industry.
