What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Care Worker position at IRIS?
Hello!
My name is Rhena. I am a young professional who has a form of Muscular Dystrophy and uses a power wheelchair. I have just moved back to Appleton after living in Milwaukee for the last 10 years and am urgently looking for Care Workers to help me continue living my life as independently as possible! As one of my workers, you would help me with some of the following: getting out of bed, showering, using the bathroom, brushing my teeth, getting dressed, getting in my chair, and most important, doing my hair and helping with makeup! I don't require you to have previous experience or training, but what I really want is someone who is dependable, flexible, honest and funny.
Shifts that I'm looking to fill:
Monday - Friday: 6:15AM - 6:00PM (each weekday shift comes out to about $200 each day before taxes)
Saturday - Sunday: 8:30AM - 11:30AM (each day comes out to $56/day)
** Please Note: I can be flexible with start and end times, as well as, splitting shifts up between other care workers. If you are interested or have any questions, please contact me!
