Project Manager | Integrated | US

The role:

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a proven track record of leading multiple projects to join our expanding team. This role is a vital cog in our machine, ensuring that the wheels keep turning, the ideas keep flowing, and our deliverables are consistently excellent and on time. You would be working on 2-3 exciting consumer brands, focusing on fully integrated campaign delivery.

Your responsibilities:

• Overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific mid and short-term projects with specified deliverables.
• Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress while managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Establishing and nurturing a motivated project team, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Applying risk assessment and management principles to identify project risks, then plan and implement responses to them.
• Improving our processes by looking at workflow, inputs, and outputs to find efficiencies in our day-to-day delivery of work.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including the creation of a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.

What were looking for:

• Proven working experience in project management in an agency environment.
• Knowledge of various advertising channels such as social, digital, web, POS, print, motion, TV, DOOH, OOH
• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Experience in content production a bonus.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools, principles, and methodologies.
• A team player with a strong will to foster a positive work environment.
