The role:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a proven track record of leading multiple projects to join our expanding team. This role is a vital cog in our machine, ensuring that the wheels keep turning, the ideas keep flowing, and our deliverables are consistently excellent and on time. You would be working on 2-3 exciting consumer brands, focusing on fully integrated campaign delivery.
Your responsibilities:
- Overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific mid and short-term projects with specified deliverables.
- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress while managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- Establishing and nurturing a motivated project team, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
- Applying risk assessment and management principles to identify project risks, then plan and implement responses to them.
- Improving our processes by looking at workflow, inputs, and outputs to find efficiencies in our day-to-day delivery of work.
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including the creation of a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.

- Proven working experience in project management in an agency environment.
- Knowledge of various advertising channels such as social, digital, web, POS, print, motion, TV, DOOH, OOH
- Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Experience in content production a bonus.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools, principles, and methodologies.
- A team player with a strong will to foster a positive work environment.
