We are a property in Corunna MI that is honest, professional, and reliable.
We are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Apartment Community located in Corunna, Mi.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: regular maintenance, snow removal and unit turns, and groundskeeping. We are seeking an individual that is reliable, honest and self motivated.
Skills Preferred: (Willing train the right person)
- Painting
- Drywall repairs
- Light Electrical
- Light Plumbing
- HVAC experience
Excellent pay, paid Holidays and 2 weeks vacation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
