Field Service Project Manager

Irish Electric Corp., a leading electrical contractor near Concord, NH, is seeking a full-time Field Service Project Manager to lead our team of residential and commercial service electricians and to quote and manage our service call work. We are looking for someone who is hard working, fast paced, takes pride in their work, and cares about customer service. The Field Service Project Manager must be a licensed electrician who possesses strong electrical knowledge, excellent management skills, a positive attitude, integrity, and a “can do” work ethic. This position requires strong leadership and mentoring skills and a passion for superior customer service. The ideal candidate is one who has vast experience in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and servicing all types of electrical service work. This individual must be a proven leader, who is goal oriented, self-motivated and personable. Candidate should be able to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly moving small business environment.

The most important parts of this position are (listed by priority):

1. Take pride in providing quality customer service and using electrical knowledge to give customers the best experience possible

2. Coordinate, schedule, and steer execution of residential and commercial service work.

3. Quote residential and commercial service work. Win new business and earn trust of customers. Provide value added services to customers.

4. Efficiently handle all prep work, including ordering materials and discussing work orders with employees and customers. Pull electrical permits and coordinate with utility companies when necessary.

5. Follow up with customers and communicate with electricians to get feedback. This position requires frequent communication and engagement with others as well as the identification and fulfillment of customer expectations.

6. Ongoing education and job growth. Keep up to date on new products and technology.

7. Ability to provide full support to our customers and electricians, including emergency on-call services in evenings and on weekends.

Qualifications:

· Valid journeyman electrical license (NH preferred, but we are open to other states).

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel

· Proficient in Google Suite products

· Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Proven success in managing/leading others in a business environment.

· Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities

· Technical aptitude with knowledge of local electrical codes.
