General Responsibilities
- Greet every person who walks through the door promptly with a warm friendly welcome and smile.
- Seat each guest at an appropriate size table and be sure each filled seat has the appropriate setting of 1 silverware wrap and 1 plate.
- Remove extra settings if the seat is not being used and return them to there appropriate place at the server station.
- Promptly and politely answer each phone call.
- Take carry out orders as needed, ensure all appropriate questions are asked and promptly deliver the order to the bar.
- Properly manage reservations for the dining room.
- When applicable manage waitlist and properly use pagers.
- Appropriately address each situation presented to you by supplying the answer or by directing the customer to a person who can supply the answer.
- Recognize and thank every customer as they leave the restaurant.
