IRISNDT is currently seeking an entry-level Rope Access Wind Technician (Tech 1) to perform general maintenance, mechanical work, and tower cleaning tasks using industrial rope access techniques. This role requires adherence to strict safety standards and offers opportunities for professional growth within the industrial and renewable energy sectors. Position will require travel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Rope Access Operations
Assist with rope access operations for tower cleaning, general maintenance, and basic mechanical repairs under supervision
Adhere to all company and industry standards, including maintaining proper PPE and following fall protection protocols
Collaborate with other technicians to complete work efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications, Experience and Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Basic rope access techniques
Move, carry and lift objects weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
