Experienced Interior Designer

Level of sophistication, confidence and cooperativeness in communicating with clients, client liaisons, trades and team. Adaptable, dependable and sense of style.
Manage deadlines & budgets for FF&E as it relates to interior design as delegated by Senior Project Manager.
Selection of surface materials and designing details as they relate to FF&E within aesthetic requirements, time budget and goods budget.
Work with Technical Designer and Principal to create detailed CDs. Provides notes and sketches for Technical Designer to draws floor plans, elevations and cabinet designs. Assist in support of Technical Design aspects as requested.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures. Has a strong Design Point of View and is intuitive in reading clients.
Demonstrates creative problem solving. Ability to plan and to deliver thorough work which meets the firm and client expectations.
Travel for client meetings, presentations and installations as required.
Additional requests as delegated.
Highly skilled in sourcing furniture, finishes and equipment as it pertains to Model Homes.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and
Overtime as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
