In this role you will be:
- Organizing work and work areas
- Considering plate appeal, presentation, customer service, and quality and nutritional value of preparation techniques and final product
- Providing meal service and cleanup
- Providing support and backup to other positions as needed
- Able to understand written and verbal instructions, recipes, and food labels

- EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
- EXPERIENCE:
- Institutional kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of institutional production and food safety techniques helpful
