Position Summary: Under general supervision, performs specific tasks in the kitchen and dish room areas. Also, provides a supporting role in meal production and presentation as well as meal service and clean up. Provides support and coverage in all areas as needed
Minimum Education Required: High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum Experience Required: Institutional kitchen experience preferred.
Skills required (if applicable): Must be able to read and write English. Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions, recipes, and food labels. If experience in food service, knowledge of institutional production and food safety techniques are helpful.
