Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In this role you will be:
- Selecting, administering, and developing all occupational therapy programs within the medical center and with contracted services for all patients within the guidelines of the physician’s orders.
- Overseeing the coordination of activities in the swing bed program.
- Utilizing excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with patients, families, and other staff.
- Utilizing sound clinical judgment and decision-making to function in an independent environment.
- Able to convey directions and interact with patients with multiple age-specific needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- EDUCATION: BS in occupational therapy, MS preferred
- EXPERIENCE: N/A
- LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
- BLS certification required or obtained within 1 month of hire
- Licensure as an occupational therapist in Pennsylvania
