What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Recruitment Specialist - Full Time position at IRMC?
In this role you will:
- Coordinate and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process within available technology solutions
- Collaborates with department managers to identify hiring needs and communicates regularly with managers regarding status of open positions
- Implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Implements search plans, advertising processes, vetting of potential candidates
- Coordinates with selected Contingent Search firms
- Sets up interviews for selected candidates, coordinates tours, interview virtual/phone and in-person visits
- Coordinates with Onboarding processes
- Present benefit package and information to applicants

QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED IN THIS ROLE
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- Managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
- Experience with HRIS recruiting systems preferred
