Job Overview
We are looking for an Ironworker to work on construction sites every day to erect structural steel and stairs. Heavy travel involved to North Jersey and beyond. You will connect steel beams to columns and other steel beams, working in stair towers to assemble stairs with steel landings and railings.
Duties
- Use a grinder if necessary
- Comfortable on ladders and heavy equipment like boom lifts and scissor lifts.
- Travel is required
Qualifications
- 3 years experience minimum
- Must be willing to travel
- Structural steel erection experiences
- Experience with a boom lift, scissor lift and those types of equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
