Iron Bear Trailer in Denver is now hiring a full time Parts Counter/Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist to join our growing company. This position is responsible for evaluating customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and requires extensive product knowledge.
Essential Job Duties Include:
Assist customers in-person, over the phone, and via email.
Learn and understand product features and benefits.
Educate customers about the company, products, and services.
Follow up with customer quotes, orders, and requests.
Use computer system to create quotes, orders, and invoices, and efficiently access customer accounts.
Clean, stock, and organize showroom displays.
The ideal candidate must have the following skills and abilities:
OUTSTANDING customer service skills
Team player with strong communication skills and positive attitude
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read a tape measure
Able to quickly learn our computer program and processes
Well organized and detail oriented
Ablility to multitask in a FAST-PACED environment
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
We are a drug free workplace. Candidates must pass a drug test, including marijuana.
Must be able to work one Saturday a month. Saturday shifts are (9-1) and are generally overtime opportunities
Bilingual in Spanish and/or Russian is highly valuable.
WILL PAY MORE FOR consistent attendance and punctuality, good attitude, quick learner, problem solver, industry experience or related.
