Iron Bear Trailer in Denver is now hiring a full time Parts Counter/Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist to join our growing company. This position is responsible for evaluating customer needs, providing extensive product knowledge that results in exceptional customer service.

Essential Job Duties Include:
Assist customers in person, over the phone & via email.
Learn & understand product features & benefits.

Educate customers about the company, products & services.

Follow up with customer quotes, orders & requests.

Use computer system to efficiently access customer accounts.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills and abilities:

OUTSTANDING customer service skills.
Team player with strong communication skills and positive attitude.
Strong mechanical aptitude & the ability to read a tape measure.
Able to quickly learn our computer program & processes.

Well organized and detail oriented.

Able to multitask in a FAST-PACED environment.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must pass a drug test, including marijuana.
Must be able to work one Saturday a month. Saturday shifts are (9-1) and are generally overtime opportunities.

Bilingual in Spanish and/or Russian is highly valuable.

WILL PAY MORE FOR consistent attendance & punctuality, good attitude, quick learner, problem solver, industry experience or related.
