Job Title : Behavioral Health Technician

Shift : Evenings - 8hr : 3pm-11 : 30pm with weekends and holidays as assigned
Guaranteed Hours :
Experience : One year or more experience working in inpatient psych. Knowledge of common psychiatric disorders and / or dual diagnosis and various treatment modalities of the population served preferred.
License : High School Graduate or equivalent
Certifications : CPR certification and de-escalation training required (training available upon hire and offered by facility)
Must-Have : Job Description :
- Work in behavioral health settings, assisting patients with psychiatric disorders.
- Support individuals with psychiatric needs in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Monitor patient behavior and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in treatment planning and implementation under the supervision of health professionals.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Follow dress code of business casual or scrubs.
- Ability to work assigned shifts and holidays as needed.
