We are looking for high-energy, motivating, educated coaches to join our team in creating an excellent member experience. This is a part-time position progressing to full-time on-site Personal Trainer role located in Castle Shannon, PA.
Role Description
As a coach you will be responsible for designing and implementing fitness programs designed to improve the overall mobility, stability, and strength of adults 40 years old using a variety of exercise methods. You will also be responsible for networking and assisting the team in helping more individuals achieve their health and fitness goals.
Company Description
Iron City Elite Fitness and Performance has been delivering small group personal training, youth speed and strength training, and helping golf athletes improve their distance and play more quality rounds since 2012. We’re one of the South Hills preferred training facilities for private and small group personal training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field
- Knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition basics (Precision Nutrition Certified preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with adults in both group (6-8 participants) and in individual settings.
- Certification from a recognized accrediting organization such as CSCS or NSCA
This is an on-site job that requires varied hours, please only submit your resume if you are located within 30 minutes of our facility and able to work both (early morning 6 am, and evening 6:30 pm or later) session times.
Hours - 20 /week
Compensation - $31-$55/session (private and small group)
Insurance - Compensation at 33 hrs.
Use of our facility at off-peak times as well as discounts on supplements
