Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks that require strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients. The Office Assistant will play a key role in maintaining an organized office environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism and provide excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information
  • Collaborate with team members to support various office projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Previous experience in customer service or clerical roles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
