We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team as a Growth Strategy Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies in the North American markets, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the North American markets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through partnerships and networking.
- Provide superior presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to engage with customers at all levels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and industry trends in the portfolio, including products and services.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in the North American rail industry (freight and/or transit), medical technology sales, and/or industrial automation preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully engaging with all levels within the customer's organization, including Top-Level management, decision makers, and end users.
- Ability to rapidly develop and leverage a network to drive sales opportunities and achieve growth targets.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
