Iron Coast Construction is seeking a skilled Working Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and assist is sitework construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute construction projects from start to finish
- Conduct construction with both budget and quality in mind
- Being involved in every role on the jobsite
- Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee project success
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers
- Oversee and engage in commercial and pipeline construction activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Working Site Work Foreman or similar role
- Proficiency in Construction Management practices
- Familiarity with Construction Estimating and Budgeting
- Strong knowledge of Earthwork
- Ability to work on construction sites and manage heavy equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Construction Estimating and Budgeting
- Heavy Equipment Experience
- CDL License
