ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To maintain and provide support/assistance with facility business phones, pagers, and other communication needs.
2. To support, maintain, and fix camera security systems as necessary and directed.
3. To provide support to staff for access to appropriate databases and internet including but not exclusive to PCC, browsers, personal and facility drives.
4. Provide first level support for technology work requests from all ICMCF computer users that require repair or replacement.
5. Update computer workstation software as necessary.
6. Maintain work request database and follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution. Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of repair tickets.
7. Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
8. Run computer cable drops and receptacles for additional computers, cameras, etc. following safe protocol and working with maintenance as needed.
9. Assist with set up of new workstations as necessary with ICMCF protocol, software, and settings.
10. Format machines and re-install windows and software as needed.
11. Clean ICMCF technology equipment on a regular schedule.
12. Assist with server maintenance as necessary.
13. Repair and troubleshoot printers and workstations working with vendors as necessary.
14. Follow and have clear knowledge of HIPAA and ICMCF Security guidelines and policy.
15. Any other duties directed by the Technology Manager and/or administrator.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field with one-year experience in a network business environment or 3 years’ experience in managing or working actively in a business network environment.
- Must have knowledge of and experience in Active Managery, DNS, DHCP, and Anti-Virus.
- Must have working knowledge of MS Office programs and Office 365 proficiency.
