We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure adherence to best practices in patient care.
- Manage and supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and efficient workflow.
- Monitor patient care quality metrics and implement improvement strategies as necessary.
- Provide training and support for staff on Epic systems and other medical administrative support tools.
- Manage budgetary responsibilities, including financial management of clinical operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to acute care services.
Requirements
- Current nursing license with experience in critical care or acute care settings.
- Proven experience in healthcare management or office management roles.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health record systems is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding clinical operations.
