What You Bring to the Table:
- 2 years of experience in property management and/or leasing
- Strong customer service experience
- A strong work ethic with high integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to organize, coordinate, and prioritize work efficiently.
- Some knowledge of Fair Housing Standards, HUD, and Section 8 Housing.
- 1 years experience with Yardi Yoyager software
