The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and nurture leads through multiple channels
- Conduct engaging property tours that showcase our communities
- Handle the complete leasing cycle from first contact to move-in
- Meet and exceed monthly leasing targets
- Maintain detailed records and follow established processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Help organize and participate in property events
- Contribute to building a positive community atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with clear results
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to close deals and provide good customer service
- Available to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software
- Kansas City metro area knowledge preferred
- 1-2 years property management and/or leasing experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
